*PAYMENT: Mailing, and/or starting work on your order will begin when payment is received. When the artwork is complete and ready for shipment, you will get an E-mail or telephone call alerting you that the order is being sent.

-Shipping and handling fees varies according to the weight, packing needs, and method of shipment of the order. The minimum mailing charge is $10. For Shipping and Handling with other methods (UPS, FedEx), or outside the US, please make contact by phone or Email for further details. For international mailing, local customs and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

-Sales Tax: A 8.75 % additional tax will be added to all orders in California.

RETURN POLICY: I am confident that you will be pleased with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the feeling of specialness stemming from the personal intentions and attention put into the piece for you. Special orders or customized items generally cannot be returned, and all returns must be pre-approved by me. Any returned item must be in excellent condition and returned within 30 days after receiving it.
